Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Kabul Pro, you agree to these terms. If you use Kabul Pro for a business, you confirm you can accept them for that business.

1. Your account

Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Connect only Pages, profiles, and channels that you own or are authorized to manage.

2. What the service does

Kabul Pro sends replies and messages from your connected channels based on the rules you set. You are responsible for those rules, templates, lead forms, and everything sent in your name, including automated and AI-written replies. Please review them. AI replies can be wrong or inappropriate, and we cannot promise they are accurate.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Kabul Pro to send spam, misleading or abusive messages, or anything illegal. You must follow the rules of the platforms you connect, including Meta, Google and YouTube, and Threads, and the terms of OpenAI where AI replies are used. We may limit or suspend accounts that put those connections or other users at risk.

4. Plans and billing

Free and paid plans have different features and limits, shown in your dashboard. Paid plans are billed through our payment provider and renew until cancelled. If you cancel, paid features stay available until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. Your data is not deleted when that happens. Refunds follow the payment provider's checkout terms and applicable law.

5. Third-party platforms

Kabul Pro depends on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Threads and other services. They can change their rules, limits or availability at any time, which may affect what we can offer. We are not responsible for actions those platforms take on your accounts.

6. Your content and data

You keep ownership of your content and your customers' information. You give us permission to process it only to run the service. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep Kabul Pro running, but it is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Kabul Pro at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is meaningful we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell account owners. Continuing to use Kabul Pro after a change means you accept it.
